Empowering Connections.
Building Dreams.
Tiago Sousa
I’m a creative and full-stack developer from Porto, home of the unapologetically elaborate francesinha. As a kid, I sold sketches I’d drawn by hand. That interest in creating things led me to Flash animation, then to coding. By 19, I was freelancing in London, taking on new challenges and learning as I went. That same curiosity still shapes how I work today.
When I'm not glued to a screen, I like exploring ways to improve how I feel and perform. I enjoy going to the gym, rock climbing, and trying anything that gets me moving or gives me a new experience.
What do I bring to the table?
Creative
I enjoy exploring different ways to approach an idea, paying attention to both how something looks and how it works.
Problem Solver
I break complicated problems into smaller pieces, work out what’s causing them, and look for a clear, practical solution.
Adaptability
Whether it’s a new codebase or a change in direction, I’m comfortable learning as I go and finding a way forward.
Team Player
I share ideas, ask questions, and listen to different perspectives. I enjoy working through problems together and learning from the people around me.
Vision
I like understanding why we’re building something, not just what needs to be built. It helps me connect the details to the bigger picture.
Knowledge Sharing
I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned, talking through problems, and helping others build confidence in their own approach.
